Another breakfast request from my sister weekend….Strawberry Banana Smoothies! My little addition was 40 grams of vanilla protein (shhh don’t tell her!).
Strawberry Banana (Protein) Smoothie
1 cup strawberries
1 1/2 bananas sliced
1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt (I used Dannon Light and Fit)
Vanilla Whey Protein (I used 4 scoops of Biochem Vanilla Protein 40g)
1 cup Ice
1 tablespoon of fat free milk (if neccessary)
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you need it add the milk to make the smoothie a little more smooth.
This made about 4 1/2 cups.

Just wanted to throw this in…if you use Greek yogurt instead of regular you will be adding tons more protein and getting rid of unnecessary sugar
