Class Styles

Hot Sculpt
Hot sculpt focuses on toning muscles by using light weights and low impact mat exercises in a 90 degree heated room.

Non-Heated Sculpt
Non-Heated sculpt also focuses on a slow burn, low impact workout using light weights except the room is not heated.

Classical Flow Mat Pilates
The classical flow class is designed to focus on breath work while challenging and building core strength using your own body weight, following Joseph Pilates' original repertoire using different props and weights.
